Calcium And Milk


How can we keep our bones healthy and strong? Most of people know that calcium can help slow the loss of bone as we grow up and get older. And many people think that dairy product like milk is the best resource of calcium for us.

According to some research that the good of milk is that it is a good source of Vitamin D, Riboflavin, Vitamin B12, Calcium and Phosphorus. But all of the things in the world have the opposite side. The bad of milk is that it is high in Saturated Fat, and a large portion of the calories come from sugars. A lot of women want to be thinner and thinner, so for a long time they only drink milk in their diet. This is a wrong way and it will hurt us. Because dairy products can be high in saturated fat as well as retinol (vitamin A), which at high levels can paradoxically weaken bones.

We can drink milk every day, but it must be moderate. And we can get enough calcium from other things. Good, non-dairy sources of calcium include collards, bok choy, fortified soy milk, baked beans, and supplements that contain both calcium and vitamin D (a better choice than taking calcium alone).

Sometimes there are a lot of things that we may think it is obviously right. But I think some of them are some people who want to sell their products as well as possible to spread the news. So we should think about the obvious things and have an accuracy decision. Like milk, like our life.
